Refund Policy

Last updated 12 September 2026.

Mendversation is provided by Stephen Omondi. This policy explains when you can ask for money back, how requests are reviewed, and how to cancel.

Requesting a refund

You can submit a refund request within 14 days of your original purchase or of a renewal charge. Every request is reviewed individually, and we aim to respond within a few working days.

We give particular consideration to accidental renewals, duplicate charges, technical failures that prevented you from reaching paid features, and situations where a paid session or plan was bought but could not be used as intended. In these cases we would normally expect to refund.

When a request is reviewed rather than approved

We do not promise an automatic full refund simply for a change of mind after a paid session or plan has been substantially used. Where paid mediation has been used at length, resolutions or agreements have been generated, or other significant paid functionality has been consumed, your request will be assessed on its circumstances — including a partial refund where that is fair.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights you may have in your own country. Those rights always apply in addition to this policy.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How refunds are paid

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method rather than paid directly by Mendversation, and usually arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also raise a request directly with Paddle at paddle.net using the email address you bought with. Where a refund is issued, access to paid features ends at that point.
